Aurum approaches the exterior as a connected environment. A pool is not isolated from the terrace. A pavilion is not isolated from the sun. Planting is not applied after the hardscape is finished. Each element is considered for the role it plays in the larger experience of the property.
The studio model centers decision-making around one clear concept. That concept becomes a filter for geometry, materials, lighting, technical coordination, and construction choices. When new information appears—and it always does on a real site—the team has a direction against which to evaluate it.
